With 15+ years of international banking and corporate ventures, Ilya managed the strategic transformation of universal bank to customer-centric digital platform and, within 2 years, the bank was listed as the Top 3 Best Mobile Bank and World’s Best Bank Rating by Forbes’ 2019.. Ilya has developed a broad network of corporate and private venture partnerships to foster deal flow and exits, and he is an active investor and mentor of number of startups. Ilya is a partner at Basinghall responsible for partnerships, deal sourcing, FinTech portfolio, investment decisions and exits.
Ilya holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and PhD in Privacy Law from Kazan Federal University. Ilya has also completed the CCIM course and an Executive Leadership course at Stanford GSB.
